Terms and Conditions of Use for www.skinloop.shop operated by Skin Shop Ltd, registered in Gena Dimitrova street 46, Sofia, 1415, Bulgaria, with Registration number 207574590 “We, Us, Our”.

These Terms and Conditions contain the conditions and rules of conduct for the use of the online platform www.skinloop.shop and for all legal transactions and actions similar to legal transactions that are carried out between You and the Us.

1. Agreement to Terms:

By accessing and using www.skinloop.shop  (“the Website”), you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old to access our services. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Description of Our Services:

 www.skinloop.shop operates as an online platform for the trading of digital items, specifically “skins”. We are the sole vendor on this platform. Platform members are allowed to purchase skins. Registering an account is mandatory to access our services.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration:

For service access, account creation is required. Account registration is free of charge. You must acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions and comprehend the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to reject registrations without explanation. You can update or supplement your profile information anytime. Registration is open to individuals who are 18 or older and have full legal capacity. Registering accounts for others without their consent or using multiple accounts per person is prohibited. We may require proof of identity or legal status for service access. You must provide complete and accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for the security of your account details and password and all activities under your account.

4. Consumer Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation Policy for Distance Contracts:

You have a fourteen-day window to cancel this contract without giving a reason, starting from the contract date. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

5. Purchase Terms:

To buy skins, place them in your cart and proceed to “Checkout”. Your payment details will then be processed. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Payment information must be accurate and valid. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Website content is forbidden. Transactions may be suspended or reversed if there are concerns about legality or identity.

6. Limitations of Liability:

Our liability is within legal boundaries, except as noted: We are not liable for data loss that could be prevented by regular backups. We do not accept liability for atypical or unforeseeable damages, nor for damages unrelated to our contractual duties. Liability under the Product Liability Act is unaffected. We are not responsible for harm or data misuse due to third-party apps.

7. Rights of Use and Content Responsibility:

You bear full responsibility for rights of use and content in your account. If third-party claims arise from your rights of use, you must indemnify us from all liability and related costs, including legal fees, immediately. We will inform you about such claims and provide you with defense opportunities. You are also liable for claims from unlawful content, regardless of the author. You are responsible for your posts, comments, and profile content, especially for their accuracy. Using third-party apps with the Website is at your own risk. Do not allow third-party access to your account or conduct transactions on behalf of others.

8. Contract Termination:

Either party may terminate the contract immediately for valid reasons. Grounds include serious breaches of these Terms, false information, or illegal content. Termination is also viable for suspected misuse of access data.

9. Data Protection:

Our data collection is designed to provide a secure, efficient, and user-friendly service. Our Privacy Policy contains detailed information on data protection and security.

10. Refund Policy

We are dedicated to your satisfaction and to providing high-quality translation services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service you have received, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your translation. The request for a refund should include:

  • The reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Any specific instances where the translation did not meet your expectations.

We will review your request and work with you to resolve any issues. Our goal is to provide translations that meet your needs, and we appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems.

Review Process
Upon receiving your refund request, we will examine the concerns regarding the translation services provided. This review process aims to understand your feedback and identify any areas where our services may not have met our high standards.

Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified of the approval and can expect the refund within a specified period, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exceptions
Please note that certain services may be exempt from refunds if the work has already been completed and delivered in accordance with the service agreement. We encourage open communication during the translation process to ensure that the final product aligns with your expectations.

For services where revisions or corrections are possible, we prefer to first attempt to resolve any issues to your satisfaction before processing a refund.

11. How Do I Trade:

You can create and send a trade offer from two places: the Trade Offers within your inventory or from a friend’s profile.

To send an offer from your Trade Offers page:

  1. Open Steam (either the client or via web)
    2. Hover over your persona name at the top
    3. Click on Inventory
    4. Click on Trade Offers
    5. Click on New Trade Offer
    6. Select the friend you’d like to make a trade offer to
    7. Click and drag the items you wish to trade from both inventories into the trade boxes
    8. Check the box to confirm the trade contents
    9. Click on Make Offer.

To send an offer from a friend’s profile:

  1. Open Steam (either the client or via web)
    2. Hover over your persona name at the top
    3. Click on friends
    4. Click on the friend you’d like to send a trade offer to
    5. Click on “…”
    6. Click on Offer a Trade
    7. Click and drag the items you wish to trade from both inventories into the trade boxes
    8. Check the box to confirm the trade contents
    9. Click on Make Offer.

You’ll then need to confirm the trade offer. If you’re using a Mobile Authenticator through the Steam Mobile App on your smartphone to protect your account, you can confirm via the app. Otherwise you’ll receive a confirmation request via email.

12. Platform Functionality and Rights Transfer:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain platform functions. We may also transfer our contractual rights and obligations to a third party with a four-week notice. Following such a notice, you have the right to terminate your user agreement immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms:

We may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14. Governing Law:

Our contractual relationship and these Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Consumer protection laws of your habitual residence apply if they offer greater protection.
